Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s DMJ & Partners, Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 8th Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2026, until the conclusion of the 13th Annual General Meeting.
