Leapfrog Engineering Services appoints GRSM & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited said its board approved the appointment of M/s. GRSM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for five years, starting after the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting, and Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years commencing from Financial Year 2026-27. The board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Sapna Raghavendra as a Whole-Time Director, also subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
