Hiliks Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Copparapu as Whole-Time Director, effective August 21, 2027, pending shareholder approval, and took note of the resignation of Mr. Nagavenkata Padma Bhaskar Vedanabhatla as Independent Director, effective August 21, 2026.
