SPR Auto Technologies secures qualified institutions placement of 23,36,448 equity shares

SPR Auto Technologies Limited, formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, announced that its Finance and Investment Committee has approved the closure of a qualified institutions placement of 23,36,448 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 4,280.00 per share, a discount of Rs 158.20 from the floor price of Rs 4,438.20, to eligible qualified institutional buyers, according to a regulatory filing on August 20, 2026.
