TeamLease Services to divest 30% stake in Crystal HR for Rs 10.12 crores

TeamLease Services Limited has decided to exercise its exit option from Crystal HR and Securities Solutions Private Limited, a joint venture, and will divest its entire 30% equity stake for Rs 10.12 crores in cash. The transaction, initiated on July 29, 2026, is part of a portfolio rationalization and capital allocation strategy and will result in Crystal HR ceasing to be a joint venture of TeamLease. Srividya V, a promoter of the buyer entity, is also participating in the acquisition.
