Tiaan Consumer Limited informed the BSE that its board appointed Hitesh Kishor Gajra as managing director, effective August 19, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting, and also appointed Parul Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years from 2026-2031, also pending shareholder approval. The board approved the notice for the 34th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 11, 2026, and fixed September 4, 2026, as the record date for determining member eligibility for voting.
