Times Green Energy (India) Limited announced August 19, 2026, that its Board of Directors has appointed M/s. TRAK and Associates, with Firm Registration Number 017290S, as the company’s Statutory Auditor for a term of five years, starting from the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting in calendar year 2031.
