Rajasthan Securities Limited, formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited, announced changes to its board and committee structure effective August 19, 2026. The company bifurcated the combined position of Chairman & Managing Director into Chairman (Non-Executive) and Managing Director (Executive), resulting in Nikhilesh Khandelwal relinquishing the Chairman role and Ravindra Ramesh Maloo being appointed as Chairman and an additional member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
