Tipco Engineering India Limited confirms auditor resignation, citing partner's health concerns

Tipco Engineering India Limited informed the BSE that M/s Vinay I Aggarwal & Associates have resigned as statutory auditors, effective August 18, 2026, citing preoccupation with other work and a health condition of a signing partner. The company stated there were no concerns raised by the resigning auditor regarding the company’s management and the audit committee will consider appointing a new auditor.
