Jubilant Ingrevia acquires 40% stake in Zettaone Technologies for Rs 189.2 crore

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited announced a binding agreement to acquire a 40% strategic equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India Private Limited for Rs 189.2 crore, with the first tranche expected to close by November 2026 and the second by September 2027. The acquisition, which will make Zettaone an associate company, aligns with Jubilant Ingrevia’s Pinnacle growth strategy and aims to strengthen its presence in the Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) space. Zettaone Technologies, co-founded by Harikrishnan, Sureshkumar, Prabu and Arunkumar, is an electronics design and manufacturing platform with integrated capabilities serving industries including aerospace, defense, and semiconductors.
