Films Limited informed the BSE Limited that its 19th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with a cut-off date of August 28, 2026, and the annual report for the financial year 2025-26 to be dispatched on or before September 1, 2026; the company also appointed Mr. Hemant Sharma of M/s Hemant Sharma & Associates as Scrutinizer for the AGM.
