PVV Infra Limited seeks Rs 2.50 per share from shareholders to reinstate trading

PVV Infra Limited has reminded shareholders of unpaid "First and Final Call Money" on partly paid-up equity shares, urging them to settle the outstanding balance to convert their shares to a fully paid-up status. Shareholders holding shares with ISIN IN9428B01029, which are currently suspended from trading, must pay Rs 2.50 per share, in addition to the Rs 1.25 already paid, by Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS, cheque, or demand draft payable to "PVV Infra Limited – First and Final Call Money Account" through the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, Aarthi Consultants Private Limited. Shareholders are required to submit a completed payment slip with their payment, and only one payment per demat account or folio number is permitted.
