SISCOL’s allotment of shares increases paid-up capital, with Prime Securities Limited as an allottee

SISCOL announced the allotment of 7,07,42,458 equity shares through a combination of share swap and cash consideration, increasing its paid-up capital to INR 154,95,26,857.50 and comprising 155,10,38,912 shares. The company acquired 1,66,35,087 shares in SISCOL in exchange for 7,00,42,458 shares allotted as consideration other than cash, while 7,00,000 shares were allotted for INR 4,98,75,000 in cash consideration, at an issue price of INR 71.25 per share. Twenty-six investors received shares through the share swap, with Prime Securities Limited also participating as an allottee for both consideration types, holding 10,21,141 shares post-allotment. The allotment was finalized at a meeting concluding at 6:05 p.m., and was signed by Whole-Time Director Mukesh Rajnarayan Gupta.
