17-Aug-2026, 08:00
Samyak International Limited announced a preferential allotment of 40,00,000 equity shares and an equal number of share warrants to a mix of promoter, promoter group, and non-promoter investors, raising a total of Rs 6,80,00,000. The equity shares are being issued at Rs 17 apiece, including a premium of Rs 7, while warrants carry a subscription and exercise price of Rs 17 each. The company received Rs 1,70,00,000 upfront for the warrants, with the remaining balance due upon exercise within 18 months. Key investors include Virendra Capital Markets, Keti-KJ Constructions, and KRJ Infraprojects, alongside several promoter entities. The allotment, compliant with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations, is expected to strengthen the company’s capital base, although existing shareholders may experience dilution depending on warrant conversion.
