PMC Fincorp appoints Sunil K. Gupta & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

PMC Fincorp Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Sunil K. Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting in 2026 and continuing until the conclusion of the 46th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to member approval.
