Sword-Edge Commercials Limited informed the BSE that Mr. Ashok Patel, Practicing Company Secretary and Proprietor of M/s. Ashok Patel & Associates, who served as the company's Secretarial Auditor since the financial year 2025-26, died on August 16, 2026; the company will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor and provide details in due course.
