Arihant Institute Limited claims exemption from a compliance report due to size thresholds

Arihant Institute Limited (Security Code: 541401) informed the BSE Ltd that the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the year ended March 31, 2021, as the company claims exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 due to its paid-up equity share capital not exceeding Rs 10 crore and net worth not exceeding Rs 25 crore.
