Bharatam Ventures Limited reports Rs 601.65 crore loss for the quarter ended June 30, 2026

Bharatam Ventures Limited, formerly Pet Plastics Limited, reported a loss of Rs 601.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to its standalone financial results. Consolidated results, which include the performance of subsidiaries, showed a slightly larger loss of Rs 609.42 crore for the same period. The company acquired 99.9987% of Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited on May 27, 2026, for Rs 17.99976 crore, incorporating the subsidiary’s revenue of Rs 2,539.95 crore and a loss before tax of Rs 609.42 crore into its consolidated financials. Both standalone and consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share were Rs -120.33. The statutory auditor conducted a limited review of the results with no qualifications, relying on management certification of the subsidiary’s interim financial information.
