Remsons Industries Ltd consolidated sales down 8.19% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit grew slightly 4.21%

Remsons Industries Ltd share price slipped 0.35% to Rs 88.28 after the company's net profit saw a mild growth of 4.21% to Rs 3.22 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 8.19% to Rs 119.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 10.73 lakh crore, easing 3.75%. It has improved by 0.80% over last one week and surged by 19% in last one month while the market capitalization of Remsons Industries Ltd has softened by 1.92% and 14.79% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Remsons Industries Ltd stood at Rs 4.3 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 29.16% year-on-year, and nosediving by 20.22% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, gaining 4.46% YoY and surging by 16.33% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 9.23% to Rs 113.65 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 63.59 crore, contracting by 15.25% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 27.17 crore, ticking higher by 2.07% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 20.58% to Rs 376.58 crore, while net profit surged by 27.33% to Rs 16.96 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2759% to Rs 34.09 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 38.24% to Rs 22.45 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 22.18 crore in FY26, as against Rs 15.48 crore in FY25. Remsons Industries Ltd plunged by 29.77% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.
