LEAP India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from August 14, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
