Boston Commerce Limited names Archana Pandya as Whole-Time Director and CFO

Boston Commerce Limited, formerly known as Boston Bio Systems Limited, announced the appointment of Mrs. Archana Chaitanya Pandya as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Pandya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is not related to any other directors of the company, and is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
