Tasty Bite Eatables shareholders approved Articles of Association changes at their AGM

Tasty Bite Eatables Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its members approved an amendment to Article No. 121 of the company’s Articles of Association at its Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026, aligning the provisions with the Companies Act, 2013, which stipulates that the Managing Director, Whole-time Director or Executive Director will now be liable to retire by rotation.
