Steelco Gujarat Limited appoints Sudeep Saxena as Additional Director for two years

Steelco Gujarat Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sudeep Saxena as an Additional Director to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting, as well as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of two years, effective August 13, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
