Vaswani Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum and will now be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with the trading window remaining closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
