Vaswani Industries postpones board meeting to February 14th for financial results review

Vaswani Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board meeting scheduled for August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum and will now be held on February 14, 2026, with the trading window remaining closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
