Adani Enterprises' subsidiary acquires Path Highway LLP for Rs 91.34 crore

Adani Enterprises Limited said its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Road Transport Limited (“ARTL”), and its subsidiary Adani Road GRICL Limited (“GRICL”), have acquired 99.99% and 0.01% stake respectively, in Path Highway LLP (“PATH”) from Prakash Asphalting and Tolls Highway (India) Limited (“Seller 1”) and Mrs. Neeti Agarwal (“Seller 2”) for Rs 91.34 crore. The acquisition, which was completed on August 13, 2026, will result in ARTL holding 99.99% shareholding in Mancherial Repallewada Road Limited (“MRRL”), Suryapet Khammam Road Limited (“SKRL”) and Bilaspur Pathrapali Road Limited (“BPRL”), and is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the road infrastructure development industry.
