SAR Auto Products seeks board approval to expand its product offerings and applications

SAR AUTO PRODUCTS LIMITED announced that its board approved a proposal to alter the Main object clause of its Memorandum of Association to include designing, developing, engineering, manufacturing, fabricating, machining, assembling, testing, inspecting, repairing, reconditioning, upgrading, buying, selling, importing, exporting, supplying and otherwise dealing in precision engineering components, automotive components, mechanical components, parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies, systems, equipment and allied products for automotive, defence, aerospace, military, naval, land systems, industrial and other engineering applications, subject to member approval at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting.
