The company raised Rs 3646.08 lakh, Rs 500.00 lakh, Rs 1000.00 lakh, Rs 1296.75 lakh, and Rs 200.00 lakh on March 30, 2026, April 6, 2026, May 4, 2026, June 4, 2026, and June 6, 2026, respectively, and stated there was no deviation or variation in the use of funds. Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited was the monitoring agency for the rights issue.
