PBM Polytex re-appoints Gopal Patodia as Managing Director for three years

PBM Polytex Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Gopal Patodia as Managing Director for a further term of three years from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting. Gopal Patodia, whose previous term was approved at the 103rd AGM held on September 25, 2023, has over 60 years of experience in the textile industry and marketing, and is related to directors Krishan Kumar Patodia and Mohan Kumar Patodia.
