Insilco Limited’s register and share transfer books will be closed September 4-10, 2026

Insilco Limited, currently under voluntary liquidation effective June 25, 2021, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 4, 2026, to September 10, 2026, both days inclusive, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
