Cholamandalam Investment allocates shares to employees under its stock option scheme

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 43,050 equity shares of Rs 2 each to eligible employees following the exercise of options under its employee stock option scheme, and the company will apply for the final listing of these shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited.
