Man Industries (India) Ltd consolidated sales down 9% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 20.81%

Man Industries (India) Ltd share price ticked higher by 1.50% to Rs 558.65 after the company's net profit saw a strong growth of 20.81% to Rs 61.43 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 9% to Rs 1053.13 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Iron & Steel Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.21 lakh crore, rising 0.85%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Man Industries (India) Ltd stood at Rs 85.45 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 123.34% year-on-year, and expanding by 17.10% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 132 crore, surging by 646.40% YoY and gaining 0.07% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 9.68% to Rs 939.55 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 501.62 crore, registering a fall of 24.39% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 36.1 crore, soaring 23.42% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 11.56% to Rs 3505.35 crore, while net profit soared by 45.68% to Rs 153.17 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 17228% to Rs 249.59 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 44.39% to Rs 208.35 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 129.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 344.91 crore in FY25. Man Industries (India) Ltd rallied 24.06% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.
