Modern Steels Limited appoints Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as Statutory Auditors for one year

Modern Steels Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 12326N), as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a period of one year, effective from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2027, subject to shareholder approval; the current Statutory Auditors, APT & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, will complete their term after the AGM proposed for September 26, 2026.
