Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has appointed M/s Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditor for a term of five years, starting from the conclusion of the 61st Annual General Meeting (61st AGM) until the conclusion of the 66th AGM, subject to member approval at the 61st AGM.
