Modern Dairies Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 12326N), as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a period of one year, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2027, subject to shareholder approval; the appointment follows the completion of the current term of APT & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, after the AGM proposed for September 26, 2026.
