SK Minerals & Additives appoints Sunita Rani as Additional Director, effective August 10

SK Minerals & Additives Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Sunita Rani (DIN: 08938748) as an Additional Director (Executive Category) to its board, effective August 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Mrs. Rani, who is the Promoter of SK Minerals & Additives Limited and mother of Managing Director Mr. Mohit Jindal and Director Mr. Rohit Jindal, will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting and her appointment will be placed before shareholders for approval.
