IZMO Limited to consider financial results and voluntary delisting from Calcutta Stock Exchange

IZMO Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to allot equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2013, and to propose a voluntary delisting of its equity shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited, while maintaining listings on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
