Suraj Estate Developers Limited announced that its Management Committee of the Board of Directors approved the issuance of 1,650 Senior, Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, totaling Rs 165,00,00,000, to eligible investors on a private placement basis.
