Vodafone Idea appoints Anil Berera as independent director for a five-year term

Vodafone Idea Limited announced that Ashwani Windlass and Neena Gupta will step down as independent directors on August 30, 2026, and September 16, 2026, respectively, following the completion of their terms. The company also appointed Anil Berera as an independent director for a five-year term, effective August 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and Rajmeet Singh as internal auditor, effective August 10, 2026, and Nilufer Shekhawat as Company Secretary Designate, effective September 1, 2026.
