DC Infotech to review quarterly results and AGM agenda at August board meeting

DC Infotech & Communication Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report of the auditors, and to approve the notice and agenda for the 8th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window for securities of the company, which was closed from July 1, 2026, will remain closed for designated and connected persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges.
