Sellwin Traders Limited reports deviation in fund utilization after Rs 925 crore allotment

Sellwin Traders Limited informed the BSE that it has filed a statement of deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential allotment of convertible warrants. The company received Rs 925.08 crore from the allotment and transferred Rs 923.57 crore to its company account as of June 30, 2026, with Rs 1.51 crore remaining in a special account. Additionally, the company received Rs 1658.68 crore from a separate preferential allotment and transferred Rs 1618.52 crore to its company account, leaving Rs 40.16 crore in a special account.
