Gretex Corporate Services allotted warrants to Ambition Tie-Up for Rs 19.87 crore

Gretex Corporate Services Limited announced the allotment of 5,55,167 warrants, the first tranche of a previously approved issuance, to Ambition Tie-Up Private Limited, a member of the Promoter Group, for a cash consideration of Rs 19,87,49,786, at an issue price of Rs 358 per warrant. The allotment was approved via a circular resolution dated August 10, 2026, and follows prior disclosures on May 07, 2026, and June 06, 2026, regarding the board and shareholder approval for the issuance of 19,51,000 warrants.
