APAR Industries closes trading window for designated persons, per SEBI regulations

APAR Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for buying, selling, pledging, dealing, or trading in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Friday, August 7, 2026, and continuing until further notice, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
