Franklin Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), Director’s Report and other related documents, and decided to hold the 44th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) or Other Audio - Visual Means (‘OAVM’).
