HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited announced that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its Rights Issue of Rs 424.68 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from the objects stated in the Letter of Offer dated February 24, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The company noted a minor difference in issue-related expenses, with Rs 4.81 crore utilized against an estimated allocation of Rs 5.07 crore, resulting in an additional Rs 0.26 crore being used for general corporate purposes.
