Motherson Aerospace Group Holdings Company B.V. launched in the Netherlands to focus on aerospace sectors

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Samvardhana Motherson Adsys Tech Holland Holding B.V., incorporated Motherson Aerospace Group Holdings Company B.V. on August 5, 2026, under the laws of the Netherlands, with an initial subscribed share capital of EURO 100 divided into 10000 shares of EURO 0.01 each; the new entity is engaged in the aerospace, defence and security sectors and will hold assets and investments for the Aerospace Vertical.
