Garg as Chairman Cum Managing Director for three years, effective September 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the 43rd Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed Akshit Garg as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 7, 2026, and Mrs. Saloni Garg as an Additional Director and Whole Time Woman Director for three years, also subject to shareholder approval.
