Luxury Time Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting August 6, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the public disclosure of the Board of Directors' meeting outcome scheduled for August 14, 2026, which will consider a proposal for variation in the objects of utilization of proceeds raised through its Initial Public Offer (IPO).
