TVS Srichakra Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as previously communicated in a letter dated June 25, 2026, which also noted a trading window closure from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
