Sigma Advanced Systems Limited, formerly Megasoft Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 4,32,777 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 347 per share on a preferential basis to allottees, as previously approved at the company’s June 28, 2026, Extraordinary General Meeting, resulting in a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 1,89,92,89,520.
